What’s inside
Weeks 1-4
In the first four weeks we set intentions, goals and then we begin the work to clear out the stagnant energy, old programming and negative beliefs that have been keeping you stuck in a life and body that you are not thriving in. This includes consultation, kundalini activation, deep meditations, journaling, akashic reading and channeling.
Weeks 5-8
In weeks 5-8 we begin to awaken, rewire, inspire and expand following the weeks we just spent clearing and discovering. We take the information that we found and begin to put the puzzle together and our aim in this section is to have a better idea of what your soul purpose is and the work you came here to do. This includes kundalini activation, deep meditations, journaling, soul reading, channeling and light language.
Weeks 9-12
In these final weeks we transform and ground. We work on your nervous system so that you are able to hold your new state of being and determine action steps to move forward on how to bring your purpose to life. Guidance is provided around potential offers, services and marketing. This includes nervous system work, deep meditations, journaling and visualization exercises so that you finish week 12 excited and ready to walk into your bright, beautiful next chapter.
